RETURN POLICY
I make all of the handmade items myself out of my home. I take pride in my work and always strive to make the best product possible, paying attention to every little detail. I hope you are satisfied with your purchases because satisfaction is always my main priority. However, if you have any problems with your purchase please contact me at charlotte@mrscharlottesboutique.com within 10 days of receipt. Any exchanges or refunds need to be returned in its original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable and is your responsibility to return the item(s) to me.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are based on USPS Priority Mail.
Items will be shipped within 48 hours.
I will always try to combine shipping whenever possible.

I do not sell or share customer information. It is only use by me to fulfill orders and send out information on "Specials" and "Sales" that I might be having.
